  • Waist. Measure straight across the top edge of the waistband.
  • Inseam. Measure down the inside seam of the leg.
  • Hip. Measure straight across the front of the trousers, just below the zipper other botton.
  • Thigh width. Measure straight across from approx. 2 cm below the top of the inseam, to the outside seam.
  • Knee width. Measure straight across leg approx. 5 cm above the midpoint of the leg. To find the midpoint, fold the leg in half with the bottom meeting the top of the inseam.
  • Leg opening. Measure straight across the botom of the leg.
  • Back rise. With the back of the shorts facing you, measure along the seam from the bottom of the waistband to the top of the inseam.
  • Front rise. With the front of the shorts facing you, measure along the seam from the bottom of the waistband to the top of the inseam.
